INFORMATION SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY

Information is an asset of the firm. It is important to ensure the security and availability of information. This policy is intended to establish the minimum requirements necessary to protect information against unauthorized access, modification or destruction. This applies to both physical and network security. This firm’s policy is to protect our clients’ NPI from unauthorized access by all reasonable means. This includes a risk assessment to be reviewed annually, or as need dictates, by management; establishing a procedure for identifying data breaches and responding to such; and the training of office personnel.
